With dreams of working together, our family established Boxcarr Farms in 2009. Our desire is to create something wonderful, meaningful, and delicious on our slice of southern red clay. We are a talented CIA-trained chef, a graphic design artist, and a seasoned cheese-maker. Our first-generation farming family originates with Austin Genke, his wife Dani, and his sister Samantha. Presently, a young and energetic second generation of kiddos is along for the ride. We are very fortunate to have family- both locally and remotely- who are involved in countless ways. Between parents, grandparents, and cousins, blood, affinity, and chosen, we can only flourish together.
